About the store
Our Westcliff-on-Sea store opened in summer 2016. Being just 10 minutes from Southend city centre with direct bus and train links just minutes away, this is a perfect location on Hamlet Court Road, accessible to everyone.
We cater to everyone at this store, from the novice to the expert, and offer the largest selection of hardware and e-liquid in the local area.
Our employees aren't trained as salespeople, which means they won't just sell you something that doesn't fit your needs. They will listen to your needs and requirements and advise you from there. No pushy staff, no targets, no commission, just pure customer service.
In 2019 the store became part of the NHS Smoke-Free service, meaning our staff are fully trained Stop Smoking Advisors who are capable of helping you kick the habit once and for all.
