Straight answers to common questions.
Still unsure? Call us or visit your nearest store. We would rather help you get it right than leave you guessing.
Which vape kit is best for a beginner?
There is no single best kit for everyone. A simple refillable pod kit is often a sensible starting point, but the right choice depends on how much you smoke, the draw you prefer and how often you want to charge or refill it.
Can Vapour Central help me stop smoking?
Yes. If you smoke and want to stop, our NCSCT-trained team offers free practical switching support at all three stores. Eligible customers can also access a structured, fully funded programme at Westcliff.
How do I find the right coil or pod?
Check the exact device name and model printed on your kit, then search by that name. If you are still unsure, bring the device into a store or call us before ordering and we will help you match it properly.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. Eligible UK orders of £30 or more receive free standard delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed by 2pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day, subject to checks and operational capacity; this is not guaranteed.
